Creating Your Soul’s Reality

Creating Your Soul’s Reality

If you ask someone, “Who are you?” they usually describe their roles and say, “I’m a mother,” or “I’m a graphic designer.” We are so identified with our work and family, as well as national, racial, and religious roles, that we rarely go beyond these roles to examine who or what we truly are.

In our journey to self-realization, it is essential that each of us seek an answer to this question. Although there are many aspects to this question, I would like to focus my discussion today on what we all have in common physically. To do this, we need to understand our physical makeup, and subatomic physics and biology provide us with the information necessary to do so.

We Are Mostly Space

In recent years, we have learned that atoms contain much more space than previously believed. Most of us have heard that humans are about 75% water, which might make us imagine being liquid. However, it is more accurate to say that humans are made up of 75% water molecules, and like all molecules, water is about 99.9% space, not matter. This means that we are mostly space.

Yet, how many of us can truly see ourselves as space—or, in other words, “ether”—rather than as solid? It’s very challenging; but this scientific fact has profound implications for how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. Science has shown that we are mostly ether or space, yet we persist in seeing ourselves as solid. Our atoms are constantly interacting with the atoms of chairs, trees, and other humans, and still we believe we are separate beings.

We need to change how we see reality and realize that we are constantly exchanging atoms with everything on Earth. The violent TV shows we watch are not just “out there”; they are also “in us.” As Jesus said, “What you do for the smallest of creatures, you do for me,” and that is literally true. Hurting others harms us, and helping others benefits us.

Seen in the light of scientific fact, the importance of doing our soul’s work becomes increasingly clear because we do this not only for ourselves but also for the betterment of the world. With this idea in mind, we can let go of guilty thoughts about being selfish when we do something we truly want to do. On the contrary, failing to serve our soul’s purpose and constantly prioritizing our roles as dutiful spouses or employees might, in the long run, cause much greater harm to others if we are not also serving our soul.

Yes, it’s true that we need to balance our needs with the needs of others. However, “balance” is the key word, and this means finding a way to equitably balance our soul’s needs with those of others we interact with. Serving only others’ needs while neglecting our own can lead to misery and a lack of joy, which has a terrible impact on ourselves and others. Even if we never voice it, our miserable thoughts generate misery around us, and we can look to science for proof of this.

Subatomic Physics

Science has shown that subatomic particles are influenced by an observer’s thoughts. This means that our thoughts actually shape our physical reality. It means that everything we think impacts our reality. If we like someone, they pick up on it; if we don’t like them, they pick that up too. It’s not just body language that conveys this—it’s our thoughts.

The question then becomes: are we willing to see reality as it truly is, or will we continue to deny it because we’re afraid to accept that we are individually responsible for creating our life circumstances and collectively responsible for shaping our world?

Scientific experiments have shown that scientists often reject test results and may be unable to see results that conflict with their paradigm. This is a situation many of us might face. The idea that we create our reality may be uncomfortable, but it is also freeing. If we, as science has demonstrated, can physically and literally direct matter with our thoughts, we have the ability to become whatever we envision.

The Pineal Gland and Reprogramming Ourselves

If we don’t like the reality we have created, we can literally change it. We can erase old programs that produce the same emotions and behaviors. There’s no such thing as “I’m too old to change” because about 90% of the cells in our body are replaced each year, so the person we were even seven years ago no longer exists.

If we are attached to our physical bodies, we might think it’s the same body year after year, but it’s not. Clearly, there must be a control center somewhere in our body that reprograms it to generate new cells and adapt to aging and other changes. But where is it, and how does it work? Recent research on the brain suggests that the pineal gland serves as this master programmer.

The pineal contains crystals, and as we age, these crystals grow in number. Crystals are among the Earth’s most intricate minerals. We use crystals in communication devices to transmit and store vast amounts of data, and in laser technology to produce holographic images. Similarly, our pineal gland employs its crystals to store information and transmit complex signals throughout the body, but it does more than that.

The pineal gland holds the master codes of the soul for us; it receives information from the divine source and then instructs our body, through the pituitary gland, on how to feel, act, and respond. Additionally, the pineal can be programmed not only to receive but also to send information. Just as crystals in our communication devices can be programmed with new data, we can reprogram our pineal to send healthy, positive messages to our body and mind.

Viewed this way, we humans are like a complex holographic image that we continually reprogram. Our body is a 3-D projection of our mental state. All cells in our body actively share our thoughts.

Science, through these recent discoveries, is getting closer to understanding the spiritual mysteries that govern our universe. In the ancient Vedic teachings of India, it is written that man is a dream being dreamt by God, and if this is true, then we, by controlling our thoughts and holographic projections, are truly becoming creators. This is indeed a tremendous responsibility, one that we are manifesting either consciously or unconsciously, positively or negatively. Therefore, let’s keep our thoughts and emotions positive to create the world we all wish to enjoy.
